Stage 1 — Discovery Call (Day 1–2)
A 45–60 minute call or meeting to understand your business, target audience, competitors, and design preferences. You complete a brief questionnaire before the call. Output: agreed project scope and timeline.
Stage 2 — Content Collection (Day 2–5)
You provide: logo files, all text content for each page, professional photos or stock images, and brand colours/fonts. The project cannot progress without content. Prepare this before the project starts.
Stage 3 — Design Mockup (Day 5–10)
Our designers create high-fidelity mockups of your homepage and one inner page. You review and provide feedback. Up to 2 revision rounds included. Once approved, design is locked.
Stage 4 — Development (Day 10–18)
We build the full website on a private staging URL. You can review progress daily. All pages are built mobile-responsive and cross-browser tested.
Stage 5 — Review & Testing (Day 18–22)
Full review session with the client. We test all links, forms, and functionality. Speed and SEO checks performed. You provide final content corrections.
Stage 6 — Launch (Day 22–25)
We deploy to your live domain, activate SSL, configure 301 redirects, and submit the sitemap to Google Search Console. Post-launch monitoring for 30 days included.
