Commissions are credited to your dashboard balance after a 15-day confirmation hold.
Payouts are processed on the 1st–5th of each month for all balances that have reached the $50 minimum threshold and cleared the 15-day hold period. You request your payout from the partner dashboard and receive payment via Mobile Money, Bank Transfer, or PayPal within 3–5 business days after approval.
When a visitor clicks your referral link, a 30-day tracking cookie is set in their browser. If a customer you referred cancels or requests a refund within the 30-day money-back guarantee period, the associated commission is reversed from your balance. Commissions are held for 15 days after each sale specifically to accommodate this. Once the 15-day hold clears, commissions are released and protected even if the customer later cancels.
Your referral cookie lasts 30 days. This means if someone clicks your link today but only makes a purchase on day 28, you still earn the full commission.
