Hospital Management System (HMS) — Getting Started Guide

Initial Setup

1. Access HMS at your delivery URL
2. Settings → Facility Profile: hospital name, address, logo
3. Settings → Departments: create all departments (OPD, IPD, Pharmacy, Lab, etc.)
4. Create user accounts with appropriate roles

User Roles

• Super Admin — full access
• Doctor — clinical records, prescriptions
• Nurse — vitals, ward rounds
• Receptionist — registration, appointments
• Pharmacist — dispensing, drug stock
• Lab Technician — test results
• Billing — invoices, payments

First Patient Workflow

1. Receptionist registers patient
2. Doctor records diagnosis and prescription
3. Pharmacy dispenses
4. Billing generates invoice
5. Patient pays and receives receipt
