Viewing Active Subscriptions
Client portal → My Services. All active SaaS subscriptions appear here with their renewal dates and status.
Adding a New Subscription
- Visit the ACBIZ GLOBAL store at web.acbizglobal.net/store
- Select your desired SaaS product
- Choose your billing cycle (monthly or annual — annual saves 40%)
- Complete checkout
- Access credentials are emailed within minutes
Upgrading a Subscription
My Services → click the subscription → Upgrade. Upgrades are immediate and prorated.
Cancelling a Subscription
- My Services → click the subscription
- Select Request Cancellation
- Choose Cancel at End of Billing Period
- Your subscription remains active until the period ends
Tip: Before cancelling, export all your data. After your subscription ends, data is retained for 30 days only.
