Managing Your SaaS Subscriptions — Add, Upgrade, Cancel

How to manage all your ACBIZ GLOBAL SaaS subscriptions from the client portal.

Viewing Active Subscriptions

Client portal → My Services. All active SaaS subscriptions appear here with their renewal dates and status.

Adding a New Subscription

  1. Visit the ACBIZ GLOBAL store at web.acbizglobal.net/store
  2. Select your desired SaaS product
  3. Choose your billing cycle (monthly or annual — annual saves 40%)
  4. Complete checkout
  5. Access credentials are emailed within minutes

Upgrading a Subscription

My Services → click the subscription → Upgrade. Upgrades are immediate and prorated.

Cancelling a Subscription

  1. My Services → click the subscription
  2. Select Request Cancellation
  3. Choose Cancel at End of Billing Period
  4. Your subscription remains active until the period ends
Tip: Before cancelling, export all your data. After your subscription ends, data is retained for 30 days only.
