Setting Up Professional Business Email on Your Domain

Create info@yourbusiness.com and configure it in Outlook, Gmail, or your phone.

Create Mailbox in cPanel

  1. cPanel → Email → Email Accounts → Create
  2. Enter mailbox name and strong password
  3. Set storage quota (500MB minimum recommended)

IMAP Settings

  • Server: mail.yourdomain.com
  • IMAP Port: 993 (SSL/TLS)
  • SMTP Port: 465 (SSL/TLS)

Gmail Integration

Gmail Settings → Accounts → Add a mail account. Use POP3 settings from cPanel Email Configuration.
