Option 1: Free Migration Service (Recommended)

2. Open a support ticket titled "Free Migration Request"
3. Provide your current hosting provider, cPanel username, and password
4. Our team handles the complete transfer — files, databases, emails, and DNS — with zero downtime

Option 2: DIY Migration

1. Log into your current cPanel → Backup Wizard → Full Backup
2. Download the .tar.gz backup file to your computer
3. Log into ACBIZ GLOBAL cPanel → Backup Wizard → Restore → upload the file
4. Once files are restored, update your domain nameservers to point to ACBIZ GLOBAL
5. Wait 15–48 hours for DNS propagation
