Brand Identity Design — Preparing for Your Logo Project

How to prepare for your logo and brand identity design project to get the best results with fewer revision rounds.

Step 1 — Complete the Brand Discovery Questionnaire

When you submit your logo project, ACBIZ GLOBAL sends a brand discovery questionnaire. Key questions include:

  • How would you describe your brand in three words?
  • Who is your target customer (age, profession, lifestyle)?
  • Which competitor logos do you admire and why?
  • Which do you want to be clearly different from?
  • What emotions should your brand evoke?

Step 2 — Gather Visual Inspiration

Create a mood board of logos, colours, and design styles you find appealing — even from outside your industry. Pinterest and Behance are great sources. Share this with our designers before work begins. This saves more revision rounds than any other step.

Step 3 — Confirm Practical Requirements

  • Where will the logo primarily be used (website, signage, embroidery, print)?
  • Are there any colours you must include or avoid?
  • Does it need to work on both light and dark backgrounds?

Step 4 — Prepare Your Business Details

Confirm the exact trading name, your tagline (if any), and your industry. Spelling or naming changes after design begins may incur additional revision charges.

The Revision Process

You receive 3 concepts → choose one direction → 3 rounds of revisions → final files delivered. Use each revision round wisely by consolidating all feedback into a single response.
