Upgrading Your Plan
- Log into your client portal
- Go to My Services
- Click your hosting account
- Select Upgrade/Downgrade
- Choose your new plan
- Review the prorated charge and confirm
Upgrades take effect immediately. You are only charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing period.
Downgrading Your Plan
Follow the same steps but select a lower tier. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date — you keep your current plan until then. No partial refund is given for downgrades.
Important Notes
- Ensure your current disk usage fits within the new plan limits before downgrading
- Upgrading to VPS or Dedicated requires a brief server provisioning period (usually under 2 hours)
