How to Enable or Disable Auto-Renewal

Manage auto-renewal settings for your hosting plans and domains to avoid unexpected charges or accidental expiry.

Enabling Auto-Renewal

  1. Log into your client portal
  2. For hosting: go to My Services → click your service → toggle Auto Renew On
  3. For domains: go to My Domains → click your domain → toggle Auto Renew On

How Auto-Renewal Works

  • Your stored payment method is charged approximately 7 days before expiry
  • You receive an email notification before the charge
  • If payment fails, you receive an immediate alert and a 3-day grace period to update your payment method

Disabling Auto-Renewal

Follow the same steps and toggle Auto Renew Off. You will receive expiry reminder emails at 60, 30, 15, 7, and 3 days before the service expires.

Tip: We strongly recommend keeping auto-renewal enabled for domains — expired domains can be purchased by third parties within days of expiry.
