- Open a support ticket with subject: "Software Customisation Request — [Product Name]"
- Attach any wireframes, screenshots, or reference examples if available
- Our team reviews and provides a scoping document and fixed-price quotation within 3–5 business days
- You approve the quote and pay the deposit
- Development begins — timeline agreed upfront
