How to Request a Software Customisation or New Feature

What Can Be Customised?

  • Additional modules (e.g. adding a blood bank module to HMS)
  • Custom reports and dashboards
  • UI/branding changes (logos, colours, labels)
  • Third-party integrations (mobile money, insurance, ZRA)
  • New workflows or business logic
  • Additional user roles and permission sets

How to Submit a Customisation Request

  1. Document your requirement clearly in writing — describe what it should do, which user roles it affects, what the expected input and output are
  2. Open a support ticket with subject: "Software Customisation Request — [Product Name]"
  3. Attach any wireframes, screenshots, or reference examples if available
  4. Our team reviews and provides a scoping document and fixed-price quotation within 3–5 business days
  5. You approve the quote and pay the deposit
  6. Development begins — timeline agreed upfront
