How to receive, download, and apply updates and security patches to your ACBIZ GLOBAL software products.

How Updates Are Delivered

When a new version of your software is released, you receive an email notification with:

  • A description of what changed (features, fixes, security patches)
  • A download link for the update package
  • Step-by-step update instructions

General Update Process

  1. Back up your current installation first — full cPanel backup + database export via phpMyAdmin
  2. Download the update package from the link in the email (or from your client portal under My Licences)
  3. Follow the product-specific update instructions provided with the release
  4. For most products: upload the new files via FTP, run any database migration script, clear cache
  5. Test all core functions after updating

Can ACBIZ GLOBAL Apply the Update for Me?

Yes — open a support ticket requesting the update be applied. Our team handles it at no charge during your active support period. After your support period, a small update service fee applies.

Tip: Never skip security patches — even minor security releases are important and should be applied promptly.
