School Management System — Getting Started

Initial setup guide for ACBIZ GLOBAL's School Management System after installation.

Initial Configuration

  1. School Profile — Settings → School Info: name, logo, address, motto, and academic year
  2. Academic Calendar — Settings → Academic Year: set terms/semesters, start and end dates
  3. Classes & Streams — Academic → Classes: create Grade 1–12 (or Form 1–6), add streams per class
  4. Subjects — Academic → Subjects: add all subjects and assign to relevant classes
  5. Staff Accounts — Users → Add Staff: teachers, accounts, reception with appropriate roles
  6. Fee Structure — Finance → Fee Types: set tuition, boarding, activity, and examination fees per class

Enrolling Students

  1. Students → New Student Enrolment
  2. Enter student details, parent/guardian contact information, and previous school
  3. Assign to class and stream
  4. Generate a student ID and fee invoice automatically

Running Exams & Report Cards

  • Exams → Create Exam → assign to classes and subjects
  • Teachers enter marks via their login
  • System auto-computes grades, positions, and GPA
  • Report Cards → Generate → download as branded PDF or print
