School Management System — Getting Started
Initial setup guide for ACBIZ GLOBAL's School Management System after installation.
Initial Configuration
- School Profile — Settings → School Info: name, logo, address, motto, and academic year
- Academic Calendar — Settings → Academic Year: set terms/semesters, start and end dates
- Classes & Streams — Academic → Classes: create Grade 1–12 (or Form 1–6), add streams per class
- Subjects — Academic → Subjects: add all subjects and assign to relevant classes
- Staff Accounts — Users → Add Staff: teachers, accounts, reception with appropriate roles
- Fee Structure — Finance → Fee Types: set tuition, boarding, activity, and examination fees per class
Enrolling Students
- Students → New Student Enrolment
- Enter student details, parent/guardian contact information, and previous school
- Assign to class and stream
- Generate a student ID and fee invoice automatically
Running Exams & Report Cards
- Exams → Create Exam → assign to classes and subjects
- Teachers enter marks via their login
- System auto-computes grades, positions, and GPA
- Report Cards → Generate → download as branded PDF or print
